How to Build the Mind with Rejections
Updated: Feb 9
(Extra, internal read: https://www.philosocom.com/post/rejection-as-inevitable-and-vengeful-altruism )
(Disclaimer: I first and all support survival in this world, that is full of gender biases. And I'll do whatever it takes to survive. I do not, for example, support the works of Andrew Tate, nor the man himself. No. I only support the means of survival, and not see them as the end. In a better world, sexism would've been irrelevant. It's why, by the way, I built the masculinity subcategory).
(Disclaimer II: When reading me, do try to distinguish between the means and between the end. I am a very functional thinker. Try making the difference between when I talk of this reality, and between a better reality. This poem is about this reality, which is, of course, far from perfect).

Where the cowardice ended,
Cowardice, depraves human hearts,
Thus with it, I am done.
For I, to prove,
What the ex-self, couldn't.
And thus, being infantile,
Is not a thing a man, be or should.
If it was dumb, then, I certainly wouldn't.
Rejection caused by worry,
Of threats, imaginary.
People, and their lack of inner safety.
Fill what is lacked,
For I, to prove,
Others to support: Approve.
Hermitdom is the realm of the weak-hearted,
But I, recovered to sobriety,
In favor of not me,
But fellow humanity.
Because I again proved, by memory,
To prove myself's my purpose,
Something, I need and can.
To whom? To all.
As been rejected,
Too long.
I do not seek your pity,
Because killing it, is my dignity.
For I am, the big and lonely wolf,
Capable of scaring away anyone.
It is all because I exist,
For I build, an empire,
My orders: Fire.
I will work to make many who read me,
Enjoy it and admire.
For I utilize rejection and I,
Elevate myself higher.
Broken hearts can be broken,
By anyone you love.
But to survive, you must,
Build upon it, and rise above.
When given, shatters,
Build something,
That matters.
Thus I care little for what is in the way,
As long as I live another day.
As long as I can work, and thus,
Give you work, I may.
Serving a contra to the needy,
Is a role of philosophy.
For the philosopher enlightens,
Those who choose the cave's story.
For I, to prove,
What the ex-self, couldn't.
And thus, being infantile,
Is not a thing a man, be or should.
Time to crush emotion beneath my boots,
If it was dumb, then, I certainly wouldn't.
