********
Dear readers,
There are simple ways to cure people of their damaged mentality.
We are an ill species. Apathy is a great enemy, and lack of respect is even a greater foe.
Human beings can be traumatized quite easily. It is very hard to prepare for whatever reality may throw at us.
But it is only because we are not aware of the good potential, that we can manifest in our actions, and from our minds and hearts.
We are not educated enough about the light within us, that can vanquish much darkness. We suffer in accordance to the very misery in which we inflict on others. In our words. In our behaviors. Behavior is contagious, like that.
Why must we agree to such flawed reality?
Reality is forever uncertain, at least in our own eyes. However, much of our own reality, depends on us. While we cannot foresee the future, we can learn how to use morality, to create the future we want to live in.
Understand this, and understand it well: We are also part of reality. We are never entirely passive receivers. We hold more power than we might think. And much of that power, is "light" -- a power to reduce suffering, and make ourselves and others, genuinely happy.
Whether we like it or not, much of how people receive us, depends on us. In the behavior we enable by our own behavior. In the culture we breed through our choice of words, and our decisions.
We might not be aware of it in the short term. However, that is our influence on this world, on the long term.
I have no desire to add unnecessary suffering into this ill world. I have no desire to partake in unnecessary cycles of unnecessary torment, just to try and feel better, but remain miserable.
It is all a bunch of unnecessities. No matter how tempting they are, they are simply unnecessary. And they are also counterintuitive, these horrible cycles, which many of us refuse to break.
Refuse to break, because we refuse to change ourselves. Refuse, because we refuse to care. Refuse, because we might not be aware that we can, and should, grow. Despite age, despite our past.
When I keep people away from me, I do it for their own favor. Because, I have no desire to torment them. They choose actions that cause them grief, and increase the chance of further trauma, they will suffer in accordance with their decisions.
I have no desire to partake in people's self-destructive behaviors. I choose to feel sorrow. But, I also choose to remain hopeful towards a better humanity. A humanity, capable and willing to make better choices, that align with their honest desires and needs.
A humanity that is not the architect of its own mental breakdowns and collective alienation.
This world is too toxic for me to handle. And yet, I am deeply compelled to reduce this toxicity through my work as a philosopher. I choose to practice an ascetic lifestyle, just to be mentally strong enough to contain others in their suffering, and work towards their betterment.
I am only a philosopher, in this day and age, because I want to bring this light within me to the world. I want to help people believe in themselves. I want them to smile more. My contribution to you is my egotistical interest, for I choose to align my self-interest with that of a better humanity. You, realizing more about this reality, help you understand that you can do much to improve it for your own good.... Tell me, what greater pleasure exists?
Everything else feels vain in comparison. People are miserable nowadays. Look around you. The rich, the poor, the strong, the weak. Why not help them be less miserable? Doing so, can reduce your own misery, after all, for altruistic behavior increases happiness.
Through the excuse of ignorance, and the lack of guilt that follows, we only feed cycles that bring us grief. We should examine these destructive cycles, and work towards their replacement.
The cycles of darkness. The cycles of unnecessary suffering. If we want to suffer less, then we mustn't tolerate them so much. And especially, we mustn't enable them ourselves.
They are the problem. Not the people. People can change by the cycles they enable. We should develop cycles, or habits, of forgiveness and of compassion.
And he or she that has no desire to ease such preventable suffering, can never be moral. For the moral being puts it in high regard. For the moral being chooses to care enough, to feel bad about it.
And from that bad feeling, of seeing how others suffer so, he or she can muster the strength within their hearts, and reach out. To dare, and reach out, so the other person, might suffer less, and genuinely smile, more.
Feed some light into this depraved world. It deserves it. It really does. Be gentlemen and gentlewomen. Show that you care. Show that you respect them. Show that you love.
Purify some of this normalized depravity. Show people, through your expression, that their mood and situation can be improved, as it often should.
It can save lives. Don't keep your heart for yourself. Use your heart to lighten up the hearts of others. Witness as they bloom in accordance.
We ought not keep our humanity to ourselves, we mustn't repress it. Emotions are there to be expressed, not repressed. We should use it in ways that help both ourselves and others.
Understand: We can die at any day and anytime.
Do not let wasteful maliciousness stand in your way, as long as you're able to advance in that path.
That path for a brighter future. For yourself, and for those whom you care about. As long as you can, as long as you have your heart beating, and your brain intact. Do not put them into waste. Do not kill your time so remorselessly, when you can use it to be your own point of light, and the light of others.
Giving up on this life, is weakness. It is the weakness of the human spirit. Never nurture and never glorify weakness which can betray your own health, and your own value in surviving and living.
Do so, and you can compel others to do the same, which would compel others, by proxy, and so on.
Give up on giving up! Then, giving up on humanity should be the least of your concerns!

So much suffering, so much trauma is caused by us. Why should we keep it that way?
It is like cancer, dear readers. It eats us from the inside, like a rotten core of an apple.
And that rottenness only spreads through the veins of human society.
How can we expect to trust each other with such inhumane treatment?
Having that treatment embedded in norms, is exactly how it gains a terrible legitimacy.... in the eyes of those who don't bother to distinguish... between normal and moral.
I have little regard for normalcy, not because I am a sociopath.....
...But because I refuse to become one. Under any circumstance.
Please reflect deeply on my words, and thank you for taking the time to listen to me.
