The Rubinshteinic Guide To Save People From Their Own Hands

Updated: Dec 3

A saver of lives standing alone in a graveyard.

Synopsis by Mr. O. C. Isaac

The Rubinshteinic Guide To Save People From Their Own Hands is a piece that explores the theme of sacrifice and the personal cost of saving others, particularly in the context of mental health and trauma.
The piece is emotionally evocative, capturing the weight of saving others while dealing with one's own trauma. The vivid imagery and metaphor used create a visceral sense of the struggle between life and death, society, and individuality.
The article draws from philosophical and existential themes, questioning the value of heroism and the personal toll of intervening in others' crises. The poetic rhythm of the monologue keeps the reader engaged, reinforcing the sense of a personal, ongoing battle.
Overall, the article has strong potential to be a powerful reflection on the complexities of saving others while dealing with one's own suffering.

Granny, felt abandoned in her distress.

Seeking, the blade to seal her own fate.

As she felt, with her urge,

I saved, saved her from her own hands...

Because since then, I have saved more people from death.

Wanting, with their urge,

Partaking, in society a lot I refuse.

The heroic, what is considered very iconic...

With your PTSD you are forlorn...

...Traumatized, left all alone and compromised.

Saving, can be seen as a form of art.

Compromise, your own self,

Listen to them on their behalf.

Memories, shall be repressed in depth and afar.

You must, survive and you must get them deep behind.

PTSD compels you to grow!

From distress... you either die or you glow.

The world, cheers you to forget your light.

You turn, aggressive and wish to fight...

Those who think, they really know,

Know a self that is kept in shadow!

Your biggest foe, are the chains that imprison you from within...

Society.... views its heroes as foes and as threat.

You further, find yourself more and more alone.

They are, too sensitive...

You're an antagonist, for your will to live is felt as excessive.

In weakness, that you fail to grow from,

You're in shame, as you slowly turn unavailable...

A complete intrigue stems from your closest peers!

I refuse, avoiding my own chosen trajectory.

I can, easily traumatize,

Quickly than your weaker minds might realize!

Themselves, hence why you might seek to die.

Their lack, of utilized intellect,

Makes them think you're a threat!

Addictions, compel people to misplace rage.

In this day, the digital age,

Cheers people for great revenge!

Rectifying, this world that remains a pit of hell.

I refuse, watching this world burn under its own spell.
