Why I Don't Prefer Philosophical Discussions (Video)

Does the Socratic Method of philosophical discussion has to be the only form of philosophizing, just because it is most common, due to our social nature? Does it always have to be contained within a forum, in a team-work-like manner? Why work together when you can prosper solo, and have the space to breathe while doing so?
